Ultimately it was decided that the main objective of the firm shall be to provide state of the art but still affordable housing and commercial spaces to the rural population. It was decided that the modern amenities available only to the urban elite class shall be provided to the rural people by Nevara Developers.
To this date we stand committed to bridging the gap between urban and rural development.
Nevara Developers has already completed a large project called "Prathamesh Nevara" at Nasrapur. The project already houses many happy families and is home to multiple successful businesses.
We have now launched our flag ship project called "N - 1 Prima" at Nasrapur. We intend to make this project one of The Landmarks on Pune-Satara Highway. Nevara Developers also has a large land bank at present which it intends to utilize to further its future goals.
We also believe that we should fulfill our responsibility towards our country and not just crib about the deficiencies that exist. In this aspect we take our Corporate Social responsibility very seriously. We have incorporated a Public Charitable Trust called "Siddhivinayak Medical Foundation". This trust is the vehicle of our social endeavors. At present the trust manages a 100-bedded hospital called "Siddhivinayak Hospital and Research Centre" at Nasrapur.
This is the largest hospital in whole of Bhor Taluka. It is well equipped with CT scan, Ventilator, 2-D echo, stress test, ultrasound and laboratory facilities. It offers services in various disciplines viz. Orthopedics, Gynaecology, Obstetrics, Anaesthesiology, Medicine, plastic surgery, General surgery etc.
This state of the art hospital has already provided emergency medical care to thousands of accident victims on Pune-Satara highway. The trust has conducted hundreds of health awareness camps in Bhor, Velha, Purandar talukas.
In addition to accident care the hospital is also recognized for "Rashtriya Swastha Bima Yojana". The hospital has also applied for "Rajiv Gandhi Jeevandayi Yojana" which shall make health care affordable to majority of the rural and urban population. We are confident of getting the permission in near future.
To top it all the firm; till date; has not raised even a single rupee by way of loans and/or mortgage of properties. The financial position of the firm is very robust and there is no liability; financial or otherwise for the firm. This is a rarity in today´s construction world. We intend to grow and develop the firm in this way.
The firm believes in good trade practices and every rupee is accounted for and taxes
paid which help in building our own country -- India.
